are always opposed. The more careless we are about sin, the
less we will pray. The more we pray, the less careless we will

Amen! That's exactly what we need in our spiritual mentality! Unfortunately, many in the world have the "sin hinders prayer" mentality.
During class, last night, Brian Baell shared with us in regards to "prayer" (as if it is a joke but he couldn't remember) that a person went into heaven and met with Saint Peter. Peter led this person to two homes. One home looks to be full of life, excitement, crystal clear, joyful, Amenable, and the works. The other home looks gloom, desperate, cracked, out of proportion, dusty, and its works.
The person asked Peter, "What's the deal with two different homes, one that's full of life and one that's full of "it"??
Peter led the person to the home that's full of life. The person was astonished to see how the home came to be filled with life. You can see words and sentences flying around inside the home. The home is a "person" where this person has been daily talking with God with words of love, concerns, supplications, songs, adoration as well as yearning, groanings, calling, and crying. This home is full of life because the Lord heard this person's prayer and worked with this person.
Guess what the other home is like? It appears to be abandoned and filled with cobwebs. Surely, you know what to expect when you don't pray to God. If you don't ask, seek or knock on the Lord's door in times of prayer, your home will be full of it. Because you didn't ask, seek or knock, nothing will be given you.
Ask and He will answer, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be open then your home (temple) will be full of life!
